This film and book honor the life of Dr. Jessie Bryant Mosley, a visionary and community activist who worked to make a difference for all people in Mississippi. Among her notable contributions are the founding the Smith Robertson Museum and Cultural Center and organizing the Mississippi branches of the National Council of Negro Women Inc.
